On August 11th 2008 went live the Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing 2.1 Solution at MSGAS Brazil, a state owned natural gas distributor organization from Mato Grosso do Sul.
MSGAS has implemented Oracle Utilities CC&B to improve its billing processes, give support to its growing customer base and optimize their satisfaction.
Interservices has participated in this important project integrating a Development Team together with Oracle LAD eStudio. Interservices’ compromise, know-how and understanding of the Customer’s needs have been one of the success keys of this Project.
The successful implementation of this Important Project strongly positions Interservices as a specialized Partner for Oracle Utilities and Oracle ETM in Latin America.
