The implementation of PeopleSoft’s Campus Solution Self-Service module developed by Interservices has been a key factor for ITSON’s students’ inscriptions to be completed in a successful way.
More than a 75% from a total of 15.000 students from bachelorette, successfully completed their inscriptions process for the academic cycle January-May 2009 through the Self Service application and from outside ITSON’s facilities, exceeding the institution’s expectations.
The success of the inscriptions through self-service represents one more achievement which consolidates Interservices as the leader Consultancy Firm in the implementation of Campus Solution, and also strengths the compromise assumed with the customer.
Since the beginning of the Project, in March 2007, ITSON has given Oracle and Interservices a great responsibility by entrusting them the first PeopleSoft Campus Solution 8.9 implementation. Interservices responded to this Challenge accomplishing the production release in December 2007, with the inscriptions to the Master degrees.
Today, Interservices continues working together with ITSON to offer more and better services to all the users, and by doing this offers added value to every Institution’s management process.
