The hypermarket chain Carrefour Argentina has trusted Interservices to carry out the process destined to extend the number of branches with telephonic sales services.
Interservices, through a team of specialists CRM consultants, developed a solution for the existent PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 implementation, giving the chance of extending the number of branches with Telephonic Sales Services all over the country. Nowadays the branches that incorporated the services are the Moreno and San Fernando Hypermarkets, and it’s estimated that the service will be extended in over a dozen more branches.
Interservices not only assisted Carrefour in the application’s configuration, initial catalogues charge and the developments needed for the incorporation of new branches, but also played an important role by training the different profiles that will use the application.
