Oracle and Banco Popular Dominicano have recently signed the biggest Consultancy Contract for Siebel CRM in the North Latin America Region. The implementation Project includes Marketing, Services, Sales and Siebel 8.0 Analytics.

Interservices Professionals, through the Oracle eStudio, have been working in the Siebel Implementation Project at the Bank, which was one of the key elements for the Bank to decide facing this new Implementation Project of Siebel 8.0.

Oracle has well known how to give this Project continuity. The functional and Integration requirements have been analyzed together with the Bank’s new team; the Project’s focus was modified in order to accomplish the goals desired by Banco Popular Dominicano at the beginning of the Project, and by doing these, Oracle established a great credibility and trust with the whole Bank Team, which resulted in the biggest Siebel Consultancy Contract in the North Latin America Region.
